Freedom Maximalist is a brand operated by Redline Blockchain SA. Redline Blockchain SA is the party to these Terms of Service and is referred to below as “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing or using the Freedom Maximalist website, content, ebooks, webinars, assessments, or communications, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. Educational Content and No Professional Relationship

4. Forms, Marketing Consent, and Partner Contact

Submitting a webinar registration, newsletter signup, contact form, ebook download form, or Relocation Readiness Assessment and ticking the consent box automatically subscribes you to our newsletter and marketing emails.

You agree that Redline Blockchain SA, its affiliated brands, and independent partner law firms, tax advisors and in-country relocation experts that we work with may contact you by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram about relocation, residency, tax, company setup, and other relevant products or services. Phone and messaging consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

5. Independent Partners and Referral Fees

Redline Blockchain SA, its affiliated brands, and independent partner law firms, tax advisors and in-country relocation experts that we work with are separate businesses. Any advice or services a partner provides are governed by a separate agreement between you and that partner.

We are not responsible for a partner’s advice, services, fees, acts, omissions, or outcomes. You are responsible for evaluating a partner and the terms of any engagement before proceeding.

Redline Blockchain SA may receive a referral fee if you engage a partner.

6. Intellectual Property

The Freedom Maximalist website, branding, content, materials, and resources are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Redline Blockchain SA about your use of the services and replace prior discussions or agreements on that subject.
